We are far away from street noise and with us you find relaxation from your daily routine.
Guests who like to be active during their vacation are warmly welcomed as well. It would be a pleasure for us to accompany you in your casual activities. It doesn't matter if you want to go on a extended hike or bike tour, we will join you. Even paragliding is an option in the summer. In winter we would enjoy to go skiing, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing with you. Overall the Zillertal offers a lot for enthusiastic, sportive people but also the ones who seek for relaxation get their money's worth.

Our apartments are an experience for adults and kids, from the inside and from the outside! In three comfortable apartments, furnished with a lot of light wood up to 8 people can have a great vacation. It doesn't matter if you spend your time on the sunny balcony, at the barbecue area, or the minigolf space, you will have a good time. For kids we offer a pets corner. Sometimes there are music evenings where every guest is warmly welcomed to show off ones musical skills.

The Apartments
Our apartments are all generously measured. You will find the perfect space for relaxation. Beside the great view and the fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic glass cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher, also the comfortable bedrooms with cosy beds invite you to stay.
All our flats are smoke-fee. W-LAN is available for free in every flat.

Skiing in Kaltenbach and the Surrounding Area
The Zillertal enjoys a worldwide reputation as paradisiacal skiing- and boarding resort. The Zillertal Arena (170km) with its heated chairlifts offers nearly unlimited possibilities. The skiing-bus stops 20 to 30 meters in front of our house and a slope is not far off. If you wish to rest one day you can visit the thermal bath in Fügen.
Summer in the Zillertal
In the summer the Zillertal offers something for everyone. You can go for a ride on the traditional steam locomotive, visit the Alpine dairy or you can go on bike and mountain-bike tours. Furthermore you can try paragliding, or go for a hike. It doesn't matter what you want to do if you wish accompaniment we will join you on your adventures. If you wish to relax you can go for romantic walks or visit the swimming pool in Stumm. Additionally there will be a lot of surprises waiting for you.
